At the 2024 AGM, attendees discussed the Terms of Reference (ToR) for the Construction Sub-Committee. Topics discussed included updating the ToR to include future stages of the project, ensuring membership of the committee is updated as the project progresses, and what delegations should be set for the sub-committee.
The revised ToR were agreed by the Management Committee following the AGM. They incorporate the feedback from the AGM, adding requirements to seek expressions of interest for membership on the committee as each new stage of the build is initiated. They also outline the priorities for fitting out the building.
