We had a very large number of nippers on the beach today. Our lifeguards who helped out with the games for the nippers and Tem and Ims for the IRB rides - your generosity of giving up your time was awesome. Big thanks to Dave, Jaydee and Jan for sorting out the sausage sizzle. Jo, Awhina, Trena, Deb, Sandy, Hooky and Helen thank you for organising upstairs and ensuring things ran smoothly. Lynnie and your band of merry workers (Crane, Hugh, Dave, Dave) great effort outside - the nippers looked like they had a great time and parents seemed very keen to come back again. Once again - a huge thanks to everyone who helped out today. Our open day seemed to be successful and with the sun turning on the shine today just topped off a grand afternoon.
