At Paekākāriki Surf Lifeguards, everything we do is made possible by the volunteers and supporters who give their time, energy, passion and funding to keep our club thriving.
How you can help
Whether you're a seasoned clubbie, a family member, or someone from our wider Paekākāriki community who'd like to get involved, there's always a place for you here.
Our management committee makes sure things run smoothly and we also bring together committees and working groups when we're working on something new or need extra hands for specific initiatives. Fresh ideas and willing hands are always welcome!
Throughout our season, there are countless ways to support our club:
- Weekly patrols and training sessions - help with setup, supervision and coaching
- Club events and competitions - transport, marshalling, timekeeping, BBQ duty, and more.
- Working bees - maintenance, gardening, painting, or repairs
- Fundraising activities - every little bit helps keep our club going
No task is too small, and every contribution makes a real difference.
