Hi guys
Hope you all well and the start of winter sports is going
great.
A full list of our award/trophy winners for the past season can
be found on our website here...
These were given out at our prize giving, if you weren't there but
would like to receive your participation certificate and (if
applicable) certificate for placing at club champs please get in
touch. (Goodie bags well and truly scoffed so none of those
left).
The Capital Coast Awards are being held on Saturday
31st May from 5:00 pm at Titahi Bay Bowling Club,
$10. At these awards Capital Coast will acknowledge the
Nippers who did well over the past season in the Junior Surf
Series, these Nippers can get into the event free but family
members need to purchase tickets. If wanting tickets please
contact Zoe Canvin zoe.canvin@surflifesaving.org.nz.
Our Nippers who did well in the series are:
- Max Jones, 1st 10 yr boys
- Jack Plummer, 2nd 10 yr boys
- Kahu Moffat, 3rd 9 yr girls
- Florrie Dixon, 3rd 12 yr girls
- Nic Cecioni, 3rd 13 yr boys
Awards will also be given for lifeguarding and surf sports, plus
new service and life members will be acknowledged at the Capital
Coast Awards. Winners from our club awards have been
nominated for various awards and should have received an invite to
the Capital Coast awards, if you haven't but think you should have
been please get in touch with me asap.
