The 100th Annual General Meeting of the Paekakariki Surf Life Guards (Incorporated) will be held at the Clubrooms, the Parade, Paekakariki on the day and at the time specified hereunder: -

2. Confirmation of the Minutes of the 99^th Annual General Meeting as circulated (available on request, or will be circulated at the AGM). 

3. Matters arising from those minutes. 

4. Consideration of and adoption of the 2012/2013 Annual Report and Financial Statements. 

5. Election of Officers. 

6. Determining of Honoraria and/or Expenses. 

7. Club Service Awards 

8. General Business. 

All members, parents and supporters are welcome to attend and while only financial members are entitled to vote, other persons present may speak "by leave of the chair". 

Note: Copies of the Annual Report will be emailed to membership prior to the   meeting and will also be available at the meeting.
